Role Overview
Act as the bridge between business users and IT/vendors to translate operational needs into ERP/MES requirements.
Ensure smooth daily operation of ERP/MES by supporting users, resolving issues, and maintaining system stability.
Drive continuous improvement by supporting enhancements, new features, and shopfloor digitalization initiatives.
Support data accuracy, workflow visibility, and manufacturing efficiency through MES, RFID, and shopfloor data-capture processes.
Main Tasks:
Gather and analyze business requirements; propose suitable solutions within the ERP system
Provide Level Manager support for ERP and MES users; coordinate with IT/vendors for system issues.
Perform basic system configuration, UAT testing, create user guides, and conduct end-user training.
Support implementation and enhancements of manufacturing-related modules, especially MES.
Monitor and support RFID integration and shopfloor data capture processes.
Manage helpdesk tickets, ensure SLA compliance, and prepare regular system reports.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Information technology, Network security or Management information science.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or ERP Helpdesk/System Support.
Preferred experience with MES, RFID integration, barcode scanning, machine data capture.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, WIP, shopfloor operations, or warehouse workflows.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with vendors and technical teams to deliver system fixes and improvements.
Basic English for technical documentation and vendor communication.
