As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be the vital bridge between our clients and our technical teams. You will not only define requirements but also drive the product vision, ensuring we deliver value-maximized solutions.
Client's Strategic Partner: Work directly with
Product Owners to understand their business processes, needs, and pain points. You are the client's voice within the Dirox team.
Lead & Execute: Be capable of working independently as the sole BA on a project. You will collaborate with
Project Managers to build roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and manage user stories.
Innovate with AI: Leverage AI tools to enhance your analysis and documentation efficiency. You will use AI to assist in drafting requirements, generating user scenarios, and brainstorming solutions, ensuring consistent productivity throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Bridge the Gap: Engage in technical discussions to understand implementation progress and issues, then translate them into non-technical language for clients. You identify and manage any gaps between actual implementation and client expectations.
Visualize Solutions: Use suitable tools for business modeling, drawing technical flows/diagrams, and creating mockups/wireframes to visualize requirements effectively.
Mentorship & Growth: Act as a mentor for Junior/Middle BAs, providing guidance, feedback, and training to help them grow. You will foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
