Job Description

Gather, analyze and clarify requirements with clients and stakeholders.
Prepare BRD, FRS, Wireframe, Workflow, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
Manage and prioritize Product Backlog; participate in Sprint Planning and Agile/Scrum activities.
Manage project scope, requirements changes and dependencies.
Work closely with clients, Product Owner, Developers and QA throughout the project.
Communicate, negotiate and resolve requirement conflicts with stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related fields.
3+ years of experience as BA/PO.
Fluent English; strong communication skills.
Experience working directly with Singaporean or English-speaking clients.
Strong understanding of BRD, FRS, Wireframe and Workflow.
Good experience in Backlog Management and Sprint Planning.
Strong scope management, negotiation and analytical skills.
Proactive, responsible and able to work effectively under pressure.
Familiar with Project Management Tools like Jira, Monday, Redmine; Experience leveraging AI tools in day-to-day work
