Job description:
Join client meetings online with Singapore Business Analysts to understand clients' business processes, pain points and objectives.
Take meeting notes and clarify open points with the Singapore BA and the client.
Create the modification scope and estimate effort.
Build prototypes or wireframes for client review.
After client confirmation, write functional specifications covering business rules, screen and report layouts, and data flows.
Other tasks as required.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related fields.
2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
Basic understanding of business processes and strong interest in ERP solutions.
Good English for online client meetings and writing specifications.
Clear, structured writing and logical thinking; attention to detail.
Willingness to learn our ERP products and Singapore business practices quickly.
Able to manage your own tasks and deadlines and ask questions early.
Customer-oriented mindset and good teamwork with remote colleagues.
