1. Strategic Planning & Business Growth
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of real estate market trends and conditions.
Prepare budgets, investment strategies, and comprehensive business plans for submission to GD and BOD.
Identify new business opportunities, analyze competitors, and propose strategies to enhance business performance.
2. Investor & Stakeholder Engagement
Prepare agendas and materials for BOD and General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS).
Meet with potential investors, present opportunities (divestments, sales), and provide recommendations to GD/BOD.
Advise senior management on real estate matters and regulatory updates affecting projects and the company.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration
Work with Land Management on land compensation and related matters.
Coordinate with Design and Construction teams on tenders and contracts.
Partner with Sales & Marketing to develop campaigns, conduct customer surveys, and recommend product positioning.
4. Reporting & Leadership
Report on business progress, customer needs, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Train, mentor, and support junior team members.
Perform other duties as assigned by GD and BOD.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in Business, Banking, Finance, or Real Estate;
Professional license/certifications in real estate are an advantage;
Strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations in Vietnam;
Fluent English for working with foreign directors and managers;
Excellent presentation, problem-solving, and organizational skills;
Highly motivated, proactive, and adaptable to fast-changing environments;
Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining high standards of work.
