Business Development Director who will be responsible for:
+ Explore new growth avenues through partnership (schools, banks,...).
+ Develop the B2B corporate customer network to help reach sales targets.
+ Accelerate overseas market revenue and explore new markets.
- Identify and approach potential partners (schools, ecommerce partners, banks,loyalty platforms, retail chains...) to conduct selling campaigns, referral, cross-promotion programs in order to accelerate brand awareness, B2C revenue;
- Identify potential B2B corporate customers, build up the network and coordinate with the sales team to identify training needs and close sales;
- Support CEO in accelerate revenue from overseas market and explore new markets;
- Other tasks assigned by the CEO.
- University degree - Master degree is preferred.
- At least 3 years at the same position (Manager/Director level) in tech companies or education companies.
- Experience in B2B sales, B2B partnership is required.
- Experience at edtech companies is preferred.
- English proficiency: High and being able to communicate fluently with international partners.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Driven, analytical, hands-on, detailed oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Creative, persistent, hard-working and ability to handle pressure.
- Ability to conquer the mission in a tight timeline, optimized budget.
