Job Description
We are looking for a Mid/Senior Business Development to support our ANZ sales team with target account research, prospect identification, and lead data management.
Research target companies and decision makers across selected APAC markets
Identify relevant business signals from company websites, LinkedIn, hiring activity, and public announcements
Build and maintain accurate lead data using Excel, CRM, Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other approved tools
Qualify accounts based on predefined criteria and prepare concise research summaries for BD review
Support target list preparation, market mapping, and outreach campaigns
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in Business Development/Sales/Customer Acquisition, 2 years in the IT Outsourcing industry for the global market
Strong interest in Business Development, B2B sales, or market research
Good written English and ability to summarize business information clearly
Strong research, analytical, and attention to detail skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable using LinkedIn and online research tools
Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn
Understanding of lead generation or B2B sales
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Apollo, Mailchimp. AI Tool.
