I. JOB DESCRIPTION
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in digital marketing.
Leads Generation: Proactively identify and engage potential B2B clients needing digital marketing services.
Client Consultation: Develop and present tailored proposals to introduce our services and meet clients' specific business goals.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain client relationships through regular interactions, refining strategies based on feedback.
Performance Reporting: Report regularly on client acquisition and market insights to the Direct Manager.
Adaptive Responsibilities: Take on additional tasks as required to support team and company objectives.
II. REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Proficient in both Vietnamese and English communication.
Fluent communication skills, emotional control, and ability to build good relationships (with partners, colleagues).
Strong creativity and ability to defend your creative ideas.
Ability to prioritize tasks logically and efficiently.
Ability to withstand pressure.
Friendly, sociable, open to feedback, and respectful of others.
Pleasant appearance is a plus.
