Mô tả công việc
Closely monitoring of day-to-day sales operations and development of own Vietnam agencies to achieve sales forecast.
Main task includes sales and manpower monitoring, resolving problems and conflicts of agents, an effective communication channel to the agents, and gathering important up-to-date market feedback from the agents/customers.
Enhance good relationships between agents and company.
Monitor own agent activities and performance from but not limited to site duty, Branch duty, night watch/ funeral procession duty and other special agent projects.
Constantly motivate agents to stimulate their sales activities.
Advise agents on the matters pertaining to agent recruitment, agency activity, marketing strategy, training ETC.
Handle customer enquiries whenever necessary.
Act as emcee and/ or trainer for selected training or seminars (whenever necessary).
Participate as an action team in any company event (whenever necessary).
Prepare own agency group's sales performance report as an up-to-date tracking tool daily and regularly.
Proper coordination with other departments to get things done.
Any other jobs assigned by HOD / superior from time to time.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 1-3 years working experience in business development and marketing/ Service/ Insurance/ Agency system based company.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Have a strong drive to success in sales.
Proficient in spoken and written English.
Computer literate and well-versed in Microsoft Office Applications.
Willing to travel.

SI Distributions: 100% salary.
Salary range: 15 - 20mil/month (negotiation)
Working time: Mon-Sat
