Role Overview
UPLYFT360° Vietnam is seeking a driven and commercially minded Business Development Executive to accelerate growth of our ISO certification consulting services across Vietnam. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities across all industry sectors - manufacturing, food processing, IT, healthcare, logistics, and more. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial instincts with a genuine interest in ISO standards and their business value.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities for ISO certification consulting services
Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients across manufacturing, food, IT, healthcare, and logistics sectors
Conduct needs assessment meetings with prospective clients and prepare tailored service proposals
Collaborate with the consulting team to develop accurate scope and pricing for new engagements
Represent UPLYFT360° at industry events, trade associations, and business forums
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Track business development activities, pipeline status, and conversion metrics
Provide market feedback to inform service development and marketing positioning
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly new business targets
Requirements
1 Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or business development experience
2 Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
3 Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Vietnamese
4 Good English proficiency for international client engagement and proposal preparation
5 Self-motivated with entrepreneurial drive
6 Understanding of ISO standards and their business value is a strong advantage
7 Experience in consulting, professional services, or technical services sales preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Existing network in manufacturing, food processing, or IT sectors in Vietnam
Experience selling to C-suite or senior management stakeholders
Knowledge of ISO certification processes and timelines
CRM system experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
