We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Intern to join our team in Hanoi. As an intern, you will play a key role in supporting our Business Development team by performing various tasks such as data analysis, sales planning, and administrative support. You will also assist in preparing business presentations and identifying industry events that align with our business objectives.

1. Data Analysis for Sales Planning
Analyze sales data, customer information, and market trends to assist in developing effective sales strategies and plans.
Support the team in evaluating sales performance and providing data-driven insights.
2. Presentation & Documentation
Prepare high-quality business documents such as credentials, presentations, and meeting recap reports.
Collaborate with team members to design and structure professional slides and reports.
3. Event Research
Identify relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities for the Business Development team to attend.
Provide event details and insights to help plan participation and maximize engagement opportunities.
4. Sales Admin Support
Assist the Business Development team with administrative tasks such as maintaining sales documentation, updating customer information in CRM systems, and organizing team meetings.
Help with other sales-related tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations

2. Kỹ năng
Market sensitivity and industry knowledge.
Good research ability, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and related applications.
Able to use English in communication and writing.
3. Kiến thức chuyên môn
Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word...), and Canva.
Excellent communication (English / Vietnamese) and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
