Identify and approach potential customers through online channels (social media, communities, events, etc.)
Develop and execute outreach and communication plans to introduce and consult services to clients
Present, consult, close deals, and maintain post-sales customer relationships
Build, manage, and nurture relationships with both new and existing customers across multiple platforms (Zalo, Telegram, etc.)
Update customer data, track sales pipeline, and prepare periodic reports on CRM systems
Propose improvements and initiatives to enhance work efficiency and business outcomes
Support other tasks assigned by the team leader
Yêu cầu
Female, from 22 years old
English proficiency: IELTS 6.0+ or TOEIC 700+
Strong communication skills
Preferably having skills in content writing, personal branding, and visual content creation
Available for at least 7 sessions per week (part-time). Full-time availability is preferred but not required
