Job Description
Our client, a foreign-invested manufacturing company, is currently recruiting a
Business Development Manager (Farm, $1.400, ID-18176).
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the farm industry (livestock, poultry, veterinary, etc.).
Conduct regular farm visits to assess hygiene & biosecurity measures, identify needs, and develop tailored programs for each farm.
Collect customer feedback and coordinate with relevant departments to improve products/services.
Provide technical support, training, and share product knowledge with customers.
Collaborate with departments (Technical, Engineering, Import-Export, QA/QC, Production, Accounting) to launch new products.
Conduct new product trials and report results.
Research and participate in training to update product knowledge and new applications.
Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Requirement
Male, 25-40 years old.
Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry, or related field.
Veterinary Practice Certificate is mandatory.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a
Sales Executive (or similar) in the livestock or veterinary industry, with farm customers in Vietnam.
Good English skills (listening - speaking - reading - writing).
Strong communication, problem-solving, project management, and teamwork skills.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Willing to travel for business trips.
