Reporting to: Head of Scan It
I. Company Overview
Scan It is a solution to collect data from purchase invoices using the latest OCR (optical character recognition) technology, helping brands to implement promotions, reward consumers, and at the same time helps brands connect with consumers through post-purchase interaction programs.
Scan It enhances the customers experience and builds genuine loyalty through forming ongoing purchasing habits.
Scan It helps to accurately record purchase information, minimizes errors when entering manually, eliminates the need to stock up on gifts, reduces costs incurred by loyalty programs and customer promotions: operating personnel, cost of setting promotional booths, etc., eventually to support our B2B clients/ brands to deliver a better consumer experience to their end users.
II. What you need to do
- Be responsible for client acquisition & retention for Scan It: included but not limited to research for new clients, making proposals & presentations, participating in client pitching, managing campaigns, etc.
- Manage project (campaign by campaign) by working with internal & external teams to run the project smoothly: included but not limited to response to client's complaints, resolve pop-ups issue (if any), follow up with internal teams to have their tasks completed on time.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Proactively communicate the project status through regular reports, meetings, emails, etc.
- Keep learning and observing the market to support the product development in next phases.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
III. What you should have
- Experience in B2B sales operations experience, preferably in a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company or experience in FMCG, F&B industry.
- Tech savvy, strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- High sense of responsibility, self-motivated, proactive and detail oriented.
- Good negotiation, presentation, and time management skills.
- A willingness to listen to our clients, our end users and to adapt and grow.
- A hunger to be a part of something new, something with enormous potential
- Strong passion to be a successful early-stage start-up team member & expect to have a reasonable understanding/interest in mobile technology or services to help sell a new innovative product in a B2B environment.
