Customer acquisition strategy (organic and inorganic) and all tactics to reach targeted customers and create business opportunities;
Conversion strategy and work closely with account management team to close deals;
Develop strong customer and partnership network in all relating sectors;
Targeted markets: developed countries in strategic regions including APAC, EU and US (but not limited to);
Responsible for personal and team's KPIs along the entire sales funnel (from lead to deal success);
Build, hire, lead and grow the sales team with the right culture in place;
Execute customer retention, customer relationship management, service expansion, and sustainable growth;
Coordinating with the engineering team to offer the best solutions and service offerings to customers;
Coordinating with the Marketing team on brand promotions activities and relating marketing activities;
Data-driven and CRM-based working model, regular reports to line manager and BoD;
Location: Hanoi or HCM.
At least 3 years of experience in Business Development/Sales/Customer Acquisition in the IT industry for the global market;
Experienced in all customer acquisition platforms including LinkedIn tools, Email Marketing Platform, Global Hiring platforms, Industrial forums, CRM platforms...;
Fluent spoken and written English;
Strong communication and inter-personal skills;
Excel at presentation, networking, relationship development, and leadership skills;
Knowledgeable of modern software technologies is an advantage;
Good at MS Office and working tools;
Able to travel for work when required.
Salary: Negotiable
Probation salary is 100% of the official salary;
Income includes: base salary, KPI salary, commission;
