Reporting to: CEO
Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Development
Identify and evaluate potential startups and projects for the accelerator program.
Conduct market research to discover emerging trends and high-potential startups.
Develop a pipeline of prospective projects aligned with the program's criteria and objectives.
Establish and maintain relationships with global VCs, service partners, and other key stakeholders.
Negotiate and formalize partnership agreements with VCs and service partners.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.
Regularly meet with partners to review project performance, address issues, and explore new opportunities.
Program Coordination:
Work with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of the acceleration process.
Monitor the progress of accelerated startups and provide support as needed.
Organize and participate in events, webinars, and workshops to promote the accelerator program.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Develop and implement strategies to attract high-quality startups to the Accelerator program.
Align partnership strategies with the overall goals of the accelerator program.
Track and analyze the performance of partnerships and projects, providing regular reports to senior management.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partnership and project performance.
Provide detailed reports and presentations on the accelerator program's progress to stakeholders.
Use data and feedback to refine and improve partnership strategies and program processes.

Yêu cầu
Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role in blockchain
Strong network within the Blockchain startup ecosystem.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Good written and verbal communication
Resourceful research skills
Fluently English is a must-have
