Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Business Development Manager ($2000, ID13243)
Provide sales leadership in accordance with corporate objectives and the Country Sales budget plan.
Act as the primary point of contact for prospects in business development and the sales account owner for clients.
Sell value-added 3PL solutions, international shipping (by air & sea), customs brokerage, PO/vendor management, consolidation/CFS, warehousing.
Locate and cultivate qualified leads, then use the sales process to turn them into prospects and clients.
Present the company's services to potential clients and consumers, always advance connections along the value continuum toward advice.
Visit qualified prospects and customers on a frequent basis to advance the company's operations and increase sales, market share, and profitability.
Hold business reviews with management on a regular and quarterly basis.
All reports & tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.
Requirement
Male/Female, Age: under 45 years old.
Bachelor Degree in Economics, Foreign Trade or related majors.
3-5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding or 3PL business (including 1 year or above in the managerial role).
Solid experience in ocean (NVOCC) & air freight, contract logistics.
Written and spoken English fluently.
Highly motivated, independent and resourceful person, and results oriented.
