Mô tả công việc

MLabel - Metub's private label business focused on fashion & beauty products - is one of the new commercial models designed to maximize the Creator's potential through Commerce.
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and monitor performance across the business, including marketing and sales activities:
Responsible for leading the team in the development and execution of effective strategies to achieve business goals and sales targets
Promote our products directly to customers and through distributor networks (online & offline operators, influencers...)
Build and maintain relationships with potential partners, industry influencers and key stakeholders.
Conduct and analyze market research, competitor actions, and customer demands to find new prospects for business growth.
Makes sure all team members are able to well understand their job roles/ responsibilities and provides guidance to secure the quality of daily implementation
Work closely with Product development & Operations to ensure alignment and support for the business process.

Yêu cầu công việc

4-6 years experience in sales or business development role preferably in e-commerce / retail industry with fashion/beauty products
Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute business plans.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and functions.
Ability to lead and inspire team members, driving performance and innovation.
Excellence in communications and problem-solving skills.
Good command of English.
