Build, manage, and develop the sales team to achieve the company's revenue targets.
Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with potential clients in the interior design & fit-out industry (offices, showrooms, hotels, restaurants, etc.).
Develop business strategies, set sales targets, and execute action plans to achieve objectives.
Oversee project sales from client acquisition to contract signing.
Support the sales team in negotiations and contract finalization to ensure the company's best interests.
Collaborate closely with the design, estimation, and construction teams to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
Build and enhance the company's brand presence through marketing channels and networking.
Prepare business reports and propose solutions to optimize sales performance.
Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role within the interior design, construction, real estate, or related industries.
Leadership skills: Proven experience in managing and developing a sales team.
Strategic & business mindset: Strong planning, market analysis, and
business development skills.
Excellent communication & negotiation: Ability to engage effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams.
Industry knowledge: Understanding of materials, design concepts, and fit-out processes is an advantage.
English proficiency: Ability to communicate and negotiate in English (both written and spoken) is required.
