Job Summary:
The Business Development Specialist is responsible for identifying and developing new business
opportunities for the company. This individual will work closely with the sales, marketing, and product
development teams to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research and Analysis
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
Analyze client needs and create strategies for market penetration.
2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
Develop a robust pipeline of potential clients through lead generation and outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Manage and grow existing accounts by offering relevant EIY programs and solutions.
3. Sales Strategy and Execution
Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to design and implement sales strategies.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
Lead negotiations and close contracts to secure profitable agreements.
4. Performance Tracking and Reporting
Monitor sales performance against KPIs and report findings to leadership.
Identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes accordingly.
Yêu cầu
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in business development or sales.
Skills:
Demonstrated success in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Strong project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple
tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a
diverse range of stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Canva
Flexibility: Ability to work evenings and weekends as required during peak periods.
