Mô tả công việc
Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Business Development professional specializing in Web3 and Blockchain technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, approaching, negotiating, and closing deals with potential partners, as well as maintaining and developing relationships with existing partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Activities:
Identify and approach potential partners for the project.
Negotiate and close deals with new partners.
Inbound Activities:
Engage with partners assigned by the team leader.
Negotiate and close deals with these partners.
Relationship Management:
Maintain and develop relationships with existing partners.
Networking:
Participate in networking events to expand relationships and identify new collaboration opportunities.
Internal Coordination:
Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to execute partnership initiatives.
Additional Tasks:
Perform other duties as required by the team leader.

Gender: Female candidates preferred, with a professional appearance.
Candidate Profile:
Junior Level:
Currently interning at or a recent graduate from a reputable university.
No prior experience in the industry required; training will be provided.
Middle-Senior Level:
At least 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within blockchain projects.
Mandatory Requirements:
Strong and confident English communication skills.
Ability to handle both online and offline meetings effectively.
Skills and Attributes:
Quick learner with a flexible, open-minded mindset.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Result-oriented and driven to achieve targets.
Candidate Profile:
