Contact and approach potential customers.
Plan in detail and implement marketing campaigns for each service of the company.
Introduce the company's services, offer shipping rates and services
Take care of customers during the service usage process.
Collect customer feedback to improve service quality.
Report work weekly/monthly/quarterly to superiors.
Knowledge of the logistics industry is an advantage.
Other tasks as required.
Yêu cầu
BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.
At least 2 years of B2B sales experience in one of the following
Ability to provide new and distinct insights to clients.
Strong understanding of consumer behavior and the client's personality, as well as the customer's key motivations.
Proficiency in identifying and articulating distinct business metrics relevant to their industry.
Experience in managing relationships within companies that have complex departmental hierarchies.
Expertise in designing solutions, presentations, and proposals
Willingness and enjoyment in debating.
Proactive in challenging customers and prepared for peer-to-peer negotiations aimed at achieving win-win outcomes.
Strong consultation skills for providing advice.
