Position: Expert - Business Intelligence
Location: Open for both Hanoi-candidates and Ho Chi Minh-candidates

A. SCOPE OF WORK:
Design end-to-end architecture for business applications with Enterprise Architects, covering Application, Data, Analytics, and Infrastructure layers.
Integrate BI capabilities such as dashboards, reporting, SQL-based models, and data visualization into business applications.
Evaluate and recommend technology platforms, shared services, and solutions based on functional, performance, cost, and scalability needs.
Define and oversee Power BI dashboards, KPI reporting, and analytics frameworks for business users.
Stay updated with emerging trends in business applications, cloud, data analytics, and BI tools.
Collaborate with stakeholders to manage change management, solution adoption, and architectural governance.
Resolve complex architectural and data challenges using analytical thinking and structured problem-solving.
B. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
For HCM candidates : Open to onsite work in Hanoi City - accommodation, transportation, and business trip allowance are fully covered by the company.
Minimum 10 years of experience in IT system deployment and integration, with at least 4 years in the financial or banking sector.
Successful go-live leadership of at least one major business application or enterprise IT system in a financial institution or bank.
Expert in reporting tools - PowerBI (must have), Looker (good to have), Jasper (preffered)
Experience with Power BI Desktop, DAX, Power Query (M), and relational data modeling.
Expertise in JasperReports/JasperServer including templates, datasets, and parameters.
Strong skills in SQL, data modeling, analytics integration, dashboards, reporting, and data visualization.
Knowledge of statistical analysis and ability to translate data insights using data storytelling.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
