We are looking for a talent who is suitable for the position of Business Manager (Surabaya, Indonesia) to join Stavian to #GOGLOBAL with the following criteria & work:

Job Description
- Assess and identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets. Develop and maintain customer data base by contacting, collect inquiry and sending offer regularly.
- In charge of buying and selling plastic resins including Polyolefin, PVC from (Surabaya, Indonesia) producers, distributors and selling Polyolefin, PVC, PET to assigned existing customers and new customers.
- Represent company at meetings and conferences in (Surabaya, Indonesia) and international tradeshows to promote company's trademarks and products.
- Maintain and develop relationship with (Surabaya, Indonesia) resin producers.
- Assisting SCM to monitor logistics, inventory management and cargo allocations.
- Conduct market research by gathering market information for price setting to specific markets.
- Prepare marketing reports; market situation and competitors' products to analyze market trend based on region, seasoning and customer habit.
- Marketing idea and strategy to gain potential customer's interest.

Preferred Requirements:

3-5 years of related experience in trading polymers in (Surabaya, Indonesia) and International markets;
Able to work under flexible time due to different time zone;
Able to be on abroad or domestic business trips;
Working knowledge of the latest business policies and regulations;
Domestic traveling will be required.
