Hiện tại, Em đang tìm kiếm Business Managing Director (BMD) cho doanh nghiệp có hơn 15 năm hoạt động trong lĩnh vực nhập khẩu và phân phối nguyên liệu và phụ gia thực phẩm tại Việt Nam.
Công ty đang trong giai đoạn phát triển mới, định hướng mở rộng từ nhập khẩu, phân phối nguyên liệu thực phẩm sang đầu tư và vận hành nhà máy sản xuất riêng.
Vì vậy, đây không chỉ là vị trí
quản lý kinh doanh mà còn là cơ hội dành cho một nhà lãnh đạo có năng lực điều hành hoạt động kinh doanh và sản xuất ở cấp độ doanh nghiệp.
Với định hướng phát triển nhà máy sản xuất riêng, công ty đang tìm kiếm ứng viên có tối thiểu 7 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực sản xuất nguyên liệu thực phẩm, tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành liên quan và có khả năng giao tiếp
tiếng Anh trong công việc.
Bên cạnh kinh nghiệm chuyên môn, ứng viên cần có tư duy cởi mở, sẵn sàng tham gia thiết lập nhà máy, đào tạo đội ngũ và tổ chức vận hành. Đặc biệt, năng lực kinh doanh, phát triển khách hàng và mở rộng thị trường sẽ là lợi thế quan trọng giúp ứng viên đảm nhiệm tốt vai trò này.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability and market expansion.
Take overall responsibility for business performance, P&L, budgeting, cash flow and resource allocation.
Lead the establishment and operation of the manufacturing business, including production planning, operational efficiency and cost control.
Oversee key functions including Sales, Production, Finance, HR, Supply Chain and Quality Assurance.
Develop customer relationships, expand strategic partnerships and strengthen the companys position in the food ingredients market.
Build and lead a capable management team to support sustainable business growth.
REQUIREMENTS
Extensive leadership experience in the food industry, preferably in Food Ingredients, Food Additives or Food Manufacturing.
Proven track record in business management, commercial strategy and P&L ownership.
Experience in manufacturing operations, plant establishment or production management is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of food industry operations, supply chains, quality standards and
business development.
Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, financial management and decision-making skills.
Good command of English for business communication and working with international partners.
