I. Job description:
Act as the focal point for data governance, process control, business operation support, and management reporting, providing information to support the operational management of the Department Head and General Director within the assigned scope.
Business Operation Control:
Review and verify contracts, quotations, and acceptance documents to ensure compliance with internal procedures.
Check document consistency, identify discrepancies, and coordinate resolution with relevant stakeholders.
Evaluate quotations based on pricing policies, rate cards, margins, and business regulations.
Monitor booking processes, ensure compliance with approval procedures, and report exceptions to management.
Pricing Data Management:
Analyze and develop pricing benchmarks based on internal and procurement data to support pricing control and business management.
Tender Support:
Review bidding documents for completeness and compliance; provide consultation on tender requirements and support assigned bidding activities.
Management Reporting:
Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports on business operations, pricing, and booking management; provide data support for management decision-making.
Other Responsibilities:
Perform other tasks assigned by the Department Head in line with the role's responsibilities.
II. Qualifications & Experience Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree or above in Law, Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or related fields.
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Business Operations, Internal Control, Corporate Legal Affairs, Contract Management, or Tender Management.
Experience in reviewing and verifying contracts, quotations, acceptance documents, payment documents, and/or business operation processes.
Experience in participating in or supporting tender document preparation is an advantage.
Prior experience in service companies, media agencies, or event agencies is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:
Understanding of business processes, commercial contracts, and document management.
Ability to research, interpret, analyze, and apply legal regulations in daily operations; knowledge of bidding regulations is an advantage.
Strong analytical, data consolidation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to review documents, identify discrepancies, and detect errors.
High level of integrity, attention to detail, logical thinking, and strong sense of responsibility.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is preferred.
