Job Summary:
- Leverage Business Automation Solutions to support business operations, driving productivity and effectiveness by enhancing existing Sales Automation Systems and Business Intelligence Reports
- Build / Deploy new innovative Business Automation Solutions.
Key accountabilities:
Business Automation System Development, Enhancement and Readiness
- Identify needs to develop, enforce necessary system, processes, and procedures to ensure effective and efficient use of automation systems.
- Act as Automation system administrator, responsible for effective provisioning, installation and configuration, operation, and maintenance of automation systems in coordination with IT
- Collect and analyze user feedback on issues and improvement opportunities related to Sales automation systems.
- Work with IT to propose initiatives and solutions to system enhancements and modifications to meet new business requirements.
Business Automation System Operation, Support and Enablement
- Develop in-depth understanding of business requirements to design effective support and guidance procedures.
- Provide training, timely support and guidance to Sales Force and other stakeholders to enable effective use of Sales Automation Systems as well as to fully maximize system features.
- Enable and support Sales Force and other stakeholders to allow their most effective use of Sales automation systems and data to help driving Sales productivity.
- Work directly with Business Automation System Maintenance Team to support daily issues.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with the Sector IT team on Sales Strategy Development's projects based on business requirements.
- Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing between business and Sector IT teams.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in business intelligence, data analytics, and AI.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments.
- Other tasks can be assigned by Line Manager.
Yêu cầu
Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology/ Business Information System/ Business/ Accountant.
Required Functional skills & job knowledge:
- 5-years' experience in Sales/ Marketing / IT for Commercial.
- 3-years' experience in Sales automation system management
- 3-years relevant experience in managerial/supervisory role in FMCG/ Nutrition/ Foods industry
- Experience in Sales Automation Systems (DMS, MT System...) and Power BI.
- Good at English
- Good knowledge of AI, IT Tools, Workflows.
- Knowledge of Sales Force Effectiveness concepts
- Analytical Skills, Strategic Thinking, Problem Solving & Decision Making
