Business Staff (Hybird)

* Job Purpose
- Responsible for the execution of sales activities to close the deal with potential clients that meet sales target (Quarterly)
- This position is required to make reports to the Manager on a daily and weekly schedule respectively.
* Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new potential customers.
- Contribute towards Company's overall Sales & Marketing plan.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns .
- Follow up on opportunity with estimate/proposal and clarify clients' requirements.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
- Manage customer database and keep the database up to date.
