* Prepare Meat:

* Ensure Quality:

- Dispose of any bad or spoiled meat.
* Store Meat Properly:
- Keep meat fresh by storing it in the right conditions (cold storage).
- Label and rotate meat to avoid waste.
* Maintain Cleanliness and Safety:
- Clean tools and work areas to avoid contamination.
- Follow health and safety rules to keep the kitchen safe.
* Manage Inventory:
- Help order and keep track of meat supplies to make sure the kitchen has what it needs.
- Monitor meat waste to control costs.
* Work with Chefs:
- Talk to chefs to make sure they get the right cuts of meat for their dishes.
- Assist in meal planning by suggesting meat cuts.
