• Source, evaluate, and select suitable suppliers.
• Execute
purchasing orders and monitor delivery schedules.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions.
• Review contracts and documents to ensure legal compliance.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to meet material requirements.
• Prepare regular purchasing reports for management
Yêu cầu
Job requirement:
• Male/Female: Under 35 years old.
• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Import-Export, or related fields.
• Experience: 2 years of experience in purchasing
• Knowledge of purchasing processes and supply chain management.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems (SAP...).
• Strong analytical skills for cost evaluation and forecasting.
• English proficiency for communication and document handling.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Other requirements: Planning, initiative, knowledge, persuasibleness, decisiveness, ability to deal with job and leadership.
