C&B (Compensation & Benefits)
Manage and maintain employee files and documents, including personal records, contracts, and other related documents.
Draft and manage employment contracts for full-time employees and collaborators. Update, process contract appendices and other relevant documents.
Calculate part-time employee salaries, including processing payments and related reports.
Manage attendance tracking for full-time employees and related reports.
2. Administration
Manage documents and procedures related to building operations.
Perform daily office administrative tasks, including but not limited to
purchasing, managing, and organizing office supplies.
Support internal event organization and other office activities.
3. Other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Graduated from university in relevant fields (Human Resource Management, Economics, Law, etc.).
At least 1 year of experience in C&B or administrative work is an advantage.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented and meticulous.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Dynamic, eager to learn, and proactive in work.
Effective English communication skills.
