Responsibilities:
1. Payroll & Social Insurance
• Manage the monthly payroll process, including collecting payroll data, processing payroll, preparing payroll reports, and getting approvals.
• Review payroll data, answer employees' payroll questions, and provide payroll-related documents when needed.
• Manage social, health, and unemployment insurance, including employee registration, updates, termination, declarations, and benefit claims in line with current regulations.
2. Personal Income Tax (PIT)
• Manage employees' tax codes, dependent registrations, and monthly and annual PIT declarations and finalization.
• Review PIT data with the Accounting team and resolve tax-related issues.
3. Labor Contracts
• Prepare, manage, and keep Labor Contracts, Contract Appendices, and related employment documents up to date.
• Handle employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, appointments, terminations, and offboarding.
4. Compensation & Benefits Policies
• Review, develop, and update Compensation & Benefits policies in line with legal requirements and company policies.
• Work with related departments to develop compensation, incentive, and employee benefit policies.
• Review current compensation and benefits programs and suggest improvements.
5. HR Reporting & Audit
• Prepare regular C&B reports, management reports, and required statutory reports.
• Be the main HR contact during internal and external audits by preparing, reviewing, and explaining payroll, tax, and HR data.
6. HR Administration & Other Responsibilities
• Keep employee records, HR databases, and the HRIS up to date.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on C&B policies and related matters.
• Process payments and perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Law, or a
related field.
• 2-3+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
• Hands-on experience managing end-to-end payroll for companies with more than 500 employees.
• Required: Experience handling payroll and legal requirements for expatriates, including Personal
Income Tax (PIT), Social Insurance (if applicable), work permit-related payroll matters, and
compliance with local regulations.
• Experience in any industry is welcome.
• Strong experience in payroll, social, health and unemployment insurance, Personal Income Tax
(PIT), labor contracts, and HR compliance.
• Good knowledge of the Vietnam Labor Code and related regulations, with the ability to keep up
to date with new laws and legal changes affecting payroll and C&B.
• Experience with payroll processes, HRIS, and HR audits.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, etc.).
• Basic conversational English is a plus.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity when handling payroll and
employee data.
• Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability
to meet deadlines.
• Experience supporting inspections or audits by government authorities (e.g., Social Insurance
Agency, Labor Inspectorate, Tax Authority) is a plus.
