Mô tả công việc
1. Payroll, Insurance, Benefits:
• Support monthly salary calculation on Cadena system, ensure accurate data and timely updates.
• Handle all statutory maintenance procedures for employees including Social Insurance, Unemployment Insurance and Health Insurance
• Handle benefits for employees including accident, health care insurance for employees & family, birthday, giving birth, marriage, annual health check, gift for women day, etc.
2. Labor Contract & Data management:
• Proceed all kinds of labor contracts for new staffs (probation/labor/seasonal) & renewal labor contracts
• Make annex to labor contract, contract renewal
• Proceed all documentation for resignation (contract termination decision, contract liquidation minutes), ensure the all-resignation cases are addressed in compliance with the Company's Working Regulations
• Filing (Hard files and E-files) & Database Updated as being required
3. HR reports, policies & system:
• Preparing periodical labor reports to local government authority
• Complete internal HR reports as Company requirement
• Support solving all issues about HR Legal Compliance
• Assist HRM in reviewing and developing HR policies
4. Other HR Task:
• Coordinate with HR team members to organize Employee Engagement Activities (if any)
• Other HR supporting tasks as assigned
Yêu cầu
A. Basic requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Accounting or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in C&B field for company size at more than 150 employees.
• Good at English.
• Good at Teamwork, can work under pressure.
B. Competency requirements (A.S.K)
1. Attitude: To be Careful, Cooperative, Active and Eager to learn
2. Skills:
• Good at Communication, Negotiation, Problems Solving Skills.
• Good at Computer skills (Words, Excel, PowerPoint), be excellent at excel formulas for salary computation.
• Good at Reporting & Filling skills, Time - Management & Database.
3. Knowledge:
• Strongly acknowledge and can well apply all processes about C&B
• Especially PIT regulations for foreigners working in Vietnam, Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance, all Labor regulations on compensation and wages regulation from Government.
