JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for managing and coordinating key HR activities in a manufacturing environment, including Compensation & Benefits (C&B), labor contracts, social insurance.
RESPONSIBILITY:
Export information from finger printer software, upload data to payroll software.
Checking, collecting and managing data of timesheets, production efficiency data to make sure having right data for calculating salary, bonus...
Gross check with finance for the accurate payment.
Report increase or decrease with Social agency in Dong Nai province.
Handle sickness case, maternity in regards to insurance benefits.
Carry out procedures with new employees, resigned employees.
Make Probation Employment Contract and Labor Contract.
Monitoring and management of Labour contracts.
Complete social and health insurance, personal accident insurance or other insurance benefits for employees every month upon case-by-case basis.
Contact social, health agency offices and labour authorities on providing Social insurance book and health insurance card for employees according to local law.
Salary calculation for all employees.
Other HR tasks assigned by Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
College or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years experience in Compensation & Benefit
Solid knowledge and experience in labor law, social-insurance and income tax issues in Vietnam
Strong knowledge of C&B, payroll, labor contracts, social insurance.
Good understanding of Vietnamese labor laws and statutory requirements.
Experience working with blue-collar/manufacturing employees is an advantage.
Good command of MS Excel and HRIS/payroll systems.
