JOB PURPOSES:
Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely execution of payroll, Personal Income Tax (PIT), and employee compensation & benefits operations, with a strong focus on expatriate tax administration and payroll governance.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Payroll Operations
Payroll Processing
• Execute end-to-end monthly payroll processing through HR System
• Ensure payroll accuracy, timeliness, confidentiality, and full compliance with internal policies and Vietnamese labor regulations.
Benefits & Social Insurance Administration
• Prepare, verify, and subm
it supporting documents for Social, Health, and Unemployment Insurance (SHUI) claims, including sick leave, maternity, and other statutory benefits.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure statutory benefits are processed accurately and on time.
2. Personal Income Tax (PIT) Management - Local & Expatriates
Monthly PIT Administration & Declaration
• Register and manage PIT tax codes and dependent registrations for employees.
• Prepare and submit monthly PIT declarations for both local and expatriate employees.
• Monitor tax compliance, reporting deadlines, and supporting documentation requirements.
Expatriate PIT Administration (Priority Focus)
• Handle PIT finalization for expatriates, including full-year and non-full-year tax finalization.
• Support tax equalization, tax reconciliation, and expatriate-specific compliance matters where applicable.
• Coordinate expatriate tax documentation, assignment timelines, and statutory obligations to mitigate tax risks.
3. Data Management & Others
• Prepare, renew, amend, and administer labor contracts, annexes, and related employment documents in a timely and compliant manner. Maintain employee personnel files and supporting documentation in compliance with legal and internal audit requirements.
• Maintain and update employee master data through HRIS.
• Support other C&B and HR operational tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
- College/Bachelor's degree.
- Solid hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefits, with strong expertise in expatriate PIT declaration, tax compliance, and finalization.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and advanced Excel skills, with the ability to manage payroll data accurately and efficiently.
- Strong understanding of Vietnamese Labor Law, Personal Income Tax (PIT) regulations, and other statutory requirements relevant to Compensation & Benefits.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage sensitive information with integrity, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
