1. Payroll & Monthly C&B Operations
- Prepare and process monthly payroll for office, retail store, and other employee groups.
- Collect, check, and reconcile attendance, overtime, unpaid leave, allowance, commission, bonus, deduction, and other payroll inputs.
- Ensure salary payment is accurate, on time, and aligned with company policy and labor law.
- Coordinate with Finance/Accounting for payroll payment, salary cost allocation, and payroll-related reports.
- Maintain payroll records, supporting documents, and approval evidence properly.
2. Social Insurance, Health Insurance & Unemployment Insurance
- Manage compulsory insurance registration, adjustment, increase/decrease, and monthly declaration.
- Follow up on insurance claims including sickness, maternity, occupational accident, and other statutory benefits.
- Ensure insurance data is accurate and updated in line with employee movement.
- Work with local authorities when required.
3. Personal Income Tax
- Calculate and process monthly PIT deductions.
- Prepare PIT declaration, dependent registration, tax code registration, and annual PIT finalization.
- Support employees with PIT-related questions and documents.
- Ensure PIT records and supporting documents are compliant and well maintained.
4. Labor Contract & Employee Data Management
- Prepare, track, and manage labor contracts, contract renewals, probation confirmation, appendices, termination documents, and related HR documents.
- Maintain accurate employee master data, personnel files, and C&B records.
- Track probation period, contract expiry, salary adjustment, promotion, transfer, resignation, and other employment changes.
- Ensure employee documents are complete and compliant with internal and legal requirements.
5. Compensation, Benefits & Policy Support
- Administer employee benefits including allowances, annual leave, company benefits, retail-related benefits, and other welfare programs.
- Support the review and improvement of C&B policies, salary structure, benefits scheme, and HR procedures.
- Participate in salary benchmarking, compensation analysis, and HR cost reports when required.
- Provide practical C&B advice to HR team, line managers, and employees.
6. HR Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare monthly HR/C&B reports such as headcount, payroll cost, turnover, insurance, PIT, leave balance, and employee movement.
- Ensure C&B practices comply with Vietnamese Labor Code, Social Insurance Law, PIT regulations, and company policy.
- Support internal audit, external audit, labor inspection, and other compliance checks.
- Identify risks or gaps in payroll, contract, insurance, tax, or HR documentation and propose corrective actions.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Law, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in C&B, payroll, HR operations, or related HR functions.
- Good knowledge of Vietnamese labor law, compulsory insurance, PIT, and payroll practices.
- Strong Excel skills; experience with HRIS/payroll software is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, careful with numbers, confidential, and well organized.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with employees, store teams, HR, Finance, and managers.
- Experience in retail, fashion, service, or multi-site operations is preferred.
- Able to work under deadline pressure, especially during payroll closing period.
