C & C++ Software Engineer

Working location: A new office to open in Hanoi / Hai Phong
What will you do?
Design real-time multi-tasking, measuring, and regulating systems for the maritime sector. The work includes:
• Developing, documenting, and testing of system software
• Creation of graphic screen layout and handling for the human-machine interfaces
• Embedded development for our hardware I/O modules
• Research & design network protocols
How do you handle that?
• You consult with colleagues from the project engineering department to develop from the definition phase until the delivery of software
• You work independently on software module programming and testing
• You act as an internal source of information for all software technical issues about the software modules assigned to you
• You follow developments and trends in software and automation in shipbuilding
Team
As a Software Engineer, you work within the Innovation team. You also frequently discuss with colleagues from the Project Engineering department. You report to the Manager of Innovation.
