JOB DESCRIPTION
• Maintain a well-organized filing system (both electronic and physical) for leases, tenant agreements, and associated documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
• Consolidate and update leasing reports; ensure master leasing files are accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate the signing of OTL/Lease agreements and renewals, ensuring all
documentation is correctly executed.
• Provide administrative support to the leasing team, including scheduling meetings, property tours, lease signings, and site visits.
• Assist the leasing team with property marketing materials to attract potential tenants.
• Coordinate and manage leasing team events or activities related to tenant acquisition.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling incoming inquiries from clients, vendors, or other departments.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
