About the Department
Personal Financial Services: We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.
Job Responsibilities
• Manage Usage and merchant partnership from end to end (projection -> launch -> fulfillment -> payment -> expense management)
• Manage expense & budget for this area to align with PnL
• Leadership: experience to manage a team of 4
• Fluent in EN (writing/speaking/listening/reading)
• Experience in dealing with internal stakeholders (MKT/BA/Risk/BF/Legal/Compliance/Group etc.) as well as external stakeholders (DOIT/partner etc.)
Yêu cầu
• 5-8 years of working in relevant field (business administration, banking, e-commerce, marketing)
• Knowledge in marketing effectiveness and penetration program
• Good communication and demonstration on decision making abilities.
• Fluent in English verbally and in writing
• Able to build long term and mutual partnerships showing strong communication skill and the ability to work independently.
• Ability of problem solving and negotiation
• Good at building relationships with great attitude, work smart and experience in working cross-functionally with other team such as finance, legal, compliance, sales, marketing, and others team.
• Result oriented, ability to work under tight deadlines, activity, attentiveness, and discipline.
• Creative thinking for initiative and passionate
• Time management skill
• People management and development
