This is a caregiver focused role supporting the parents of a senior executive. You will manage daily routines, wellness, safety, and household stability. This role is for someone committed to professional caregiver work and qualified for future pathways to Canada.
Philippines Remote or Ho Chi Minh City Onsite.

You support the full daily care of two seniors. You handle routines, health organization, and household order while reporting directly to the executive responsible for their care.
What You Will Do
• Manage all medications, schedules, doses, reminders, and daily tracking.
• Make all medical, dental, therapy, transportation, and household appointments.
• Provide all needed daily care, routines, reminders, and companionship check ins.
• Prepare meals, assist with cooking, and keep the kitchen organized.
• Clean and maintain household spaces to ensure a safe environment.
• Handle errands,
purchasing, logistics, and follow ups.
• Communicate with family, service providers, and medical contacts.
• Maintain care logs, routine documentation, and daily reporting for the executive.
• You have documented caregiver, nurse, nanny, health aide, or home support experience.
• You speak strong English and communicate clearly in writing and speech.
• You are physically fit and able to support mobility and daily activities.
• You can cook simple meals and maintain a clean household.
• You can manage medication safely and accurately.
• You are organized, reliable, responsible, and discreet.
• You want to learn to drive and are willing to train.
• You already meet Canada's caregiver pathway requirements, including:
• Proven paid caregiver or support worker hours.
• English proficiency at IRCC standards.
• Education equal to at least one year of post secondary study.
• Valid travel documents, clean police clearance, and general medical fitness.
Compensation and Pathway
• Salary is paid at Vietnam standards while in Vietnam.
• Salary is paid at Canadian standards when in Canada.
• Three year contract required.
• This role can lead to Canadian permanent residency and, after three years in Canada, eligibility for Canadian citizenship.
• All visa costs are covered.
• All living expenses are covered while in Canada.
