Manage revenue generation & center operations
Responsible for the revenue result of the center, including activities to attract new customers and renew current customers.
Oversees daily center operations and coordinates center activities
Address any issues that may arise in relation to students, ensuring their timely resolution and that the appropriate action is taken
Customer Experiences Management: Supervise all operations in the center to provide the best experiences for customers.
Ensure business efficiency by optimizing the center's operational efficiency
People management
Continuous training and development of staff members
Manage the Center's operational compliance with policies, procedures, rules and regulations
Yêu cầu
Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Have experience in a fast growing organization. Prefer working experience in educational organization
At least 3 years experience at management level
Strong sales and customer service focus;
Have excellent interpersonal skills and a good understanding of customer service
Be able to manage and build strong and highly motivated teams
Fluent in both English and Vietnamese
