1. Sales Performance Management
Set monthly sales objectives for ECs and review performance to meet center targets.
Analyze past performance, identify improvements, and update action plans.
Monitor and evaluate conversion rates across all channels and activities.
Ensure timely and accurate updates in the organization's system.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for the Head of Commercial and adjust action plans as needed.
Contribute to sales through prospect presentations and ensure compliance with show distribution rules.
2. Sales Team Skills Development and Management
Monitor and analyze sales team performance, providing targeted training and coaching.
Conduct monthly feedback sessions with each team member.
Oversee registration and completion of training courses for new members.
Evaluate team performance regularly in line with HR policies and manage schedules fairly.
3. Cross-Departmental Collaboration
Collaborate with the School Service Manager on the monthly activities calendar.
Work with the Activation team for customer insights and feedback on lead conversion.
Support recruitment efforts to build a high-performing sales team.
Coordinate with the TMK Manager on supply conversion and booking effectiveness.
Share market insights with the Head of Commercial and Marketing team regularly.
Other duties may be assigned as needed.
