HRBP
- Support in updating and consolidating monthly organizational chart of BUs and Departments
- Support in adhoc reports as assigned
Learning & Development
- Support in organizing and providing logistics support for all training events.
- Assist in creating training content and materials to support learning initiatives.
- Help track and report on employee learning progress and training effectiveness.
- Oversee the storage, borrowing, and returning of training equipments (projectors, flipcharts...) and ensure their proper condition.
Events & Administration
- Support bi-yearly Town Hall, Culture Day, Leadership Meetings, employee celebrations, seasonal events, etc.
- Provide administrative support related to L&D, events and engagement activities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient in English (Verbal and Written)
- Proactive, ready to learn, willing to support various tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working with data, reports, and basic tracking tools (Excel, Google Sheets).
- Able to support logistics and coordination for training sessions and internal events.
