Mô tả công việc
• Knowing my top selling products, strategic article, ensuring they are available and clearly communicated and
displayed at all times. I promote alternative products when they are unavailable
. • Keeping myself aware of my area's stock situation and status of supply. I am familiar working with sales
steering to stocks with good availability.
• Maintaining my area of responsibility throughout the day and preparing it in readiness for replenishment for the
next day's business.
• Knowing and working actively with range changes (e.g., NEWS and outgoing products) and commercial
activities, and minimizing price reductions.
• Understanding the importance of accurate stock holding, Store Planning concept & how my actions can impact
on this.
• I understand the relation between sales & stock forecast for my department & work towards achieving my
goals through continuous evaluation and follow up.
• Taking active interest in my local bedroom competition, have competitor price overview which helps me
promote my products in ways that best show our competitive advantage to my customers.
• Contributing to the department's commercial action plan, by taking ownership for my part in its delivery.
• I have good analysis & knowledge of my products; I also share my knowledge with my colleagues to help
improve selling competence together.
• I have strong selling skills & professionalism to meet our customers' expectations and our business goals.
• I have in depth knowledge & competence to provide professional advice to customers & co-workers on how to
plan a functional & complete Come Home bedroom which suit the customers' needs.
• I have the skill to draw a bedroom plan by hand when the Come Home Planner is unavailable & describe the
three main functions of the work triangle & the minimum measurements that are required to plan a functional
bedroom.
• I have an eye for details, I am responsible to cross check bedroom drawing planned by my colleagues to
minimize potential errors.
• I understand the department and store priorities, both current and future, as this helps me anticipate what will
be expected of me.
• I am active in looking for ways to help my department operates in a simple, lean and cost-effective manner for
sustainable growth.

Functional knowledge & experience:
- Furniture Industry experience min 3 years, retail prefered
Managerial skill:
- Confident to approach and talk to people
Ability to handle difficult situation
- Good attention to detail
- Persuasive and Confident
- Able to read & analyze floor plan
- Good knowledge with site measurement & bedroom installation
- Coaching & training skills
- Good personal disciplines
- A flexible approach/open to change
- Possess initiative
- Ability to prioritize and organize work to make efficient use of available time
- Back office skills
Other skills: Familiar with 3D PROGRAM, AUTOCAD.
