ABOUT THE ROLE
The primary focus of this role is to support service quality while ensuring efficient administrative management and daily operations of the Leasing Management System (LMS) across our commercial shopping malls. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist in monitoring, checking, and maintaining daily leasing operations and transactions on the internal LMS platform under direct supervision.
• Liaise between the team, landlords, customers, and internal departments (IT, Operations, Leasing, Finance) to facilitate effective communication.
• Gather, coordinate, and process paperwork required for transactions, including listing agreements, leases, sales agreements, and notices.
• Prepare offers, term sheets, lease amendments, and verify contract records on the system to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Assist in drafting and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), manuals, proposals, letters, and other operational documents.
• Prepare, extract, and analyze assigned weekly and monthly reports based on system data.
• Maintain honesty and comply with the Group's policies and data confidentiality guidelines.
• Perform other tasks and carry out activities in accordance with job requirements as assigned by the Line Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
• Education: Undergraduate student or fresh graduate majoring in Economics, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Language: Fluent in English communication.
• Office Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams (knowledge of data processing in Excel is preferred; familiarity with Power BI is a plus).
• Attitude: Honest, hardworking, positive, and flexible, with good time management, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
