Job Overview and Responsibilities The CEO is accountable for the overall performance of the clinic's profitable growth, safe and consistent clinical care, and a trusted brand across all 9 branches. The role sets strategy with the Board, leads the head-office team, and holds every clinic to one operating standard.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Transformation
Set the multi-year strategy and annual plan with the Board, and translate them into branch-level targets.
Lead the company's transformation programme and report progress against its milestones.
Decide the branch portfolio: which clinics to invest in, restructure, relocate, open or close.
Assess partnerships, new service lines and expansion opportunities, and bring recommendations to the Board.
Commercial Performance
Own revenue, collections and margin for the chain and for each clinic.
Approve the service menu, pricing floors, promotions and membership programmes, and protect pricing integrity.
Approve the sales commission structure and the controls that prevent commission fraud.
Set marketing budgets and customer-acquisition cost ceilings, and hold Marketing to measurable return.
Grow repeat-client revenue and manage the prepaid treatment liability owed to clients.
Clinical Quality and Compliance
Ensure every clinic holds valid licences and operates within Vietnam healthcare, advertising and consumer law.
Back the medical lead's authority over protocols, scope of practice and patient safety, and never trade safety for sales.
Review clinical incidents and complaints, and confirm corrective actions are completed.
Act as the company's senior representative to regulators and government agencies.
Operations
Enforce one operating standard across clinics: procedures, service standards, client experience.
Run the management cadence: weekly performance reviews, monthly business reviews and quarterly planning.
Ensure accurate, timely reporting from every clinic through shared dashboards.
Oversee major projects such as openings, relocations, system changes and equipment purchases.
Finance and Risk
Deliver the annual budget, including profit and cash-flow targets.
Keep payroll and operating costs growing more slowly than revenue.
Maintain cash controls, reconciliation and audit readiness in every clinic.
Identify the main business risks and keep mitigation plans current.
People and Culture
Hire, develop and, where needed, replace the senior leadership team and General Managers.
Set performance indicators and incentives for each leadership role and review them at least twice a year.
Maintain a clear delegation of authority so decisions are made at the right level.
Build succession for critical roles and a pipeline of future Clinic Managers and General Managers.
Model the brand's values: honest advice, client trust and long-term results over short-term selling.
Board and Stakeholders
Give the Board accurate monthly reporting and early warning of material issues.
Manage relationships with shareholders, landlords, key suppliers, banks and partners.
Required Skills and Experience
Management experience, including leading a multi-site consumer business with full profit-and-loss responsibility.
A track record of improving profit through pricing, cost control and sales-force management.
Experience leading a turnaround or large change programme.
Strong financial literacy: budgets, cash flow, unit economics and prepaid or deferred revenue.
Experience managing senior leaders across several cities.
Professional fluency in English, and the ability to work effectively with Vietnam-speaking teams.
Experience in aesthetic medicine, healthcare services, beauty or premium retail.
Why Candidates Should Apply
Very attractive package range, annual performance bonus, ESOP.
Preferred Qualifications
