Mô tả công việc
- Represent the CEO in maintaining and operating the activities directed by CEO to the Departments
- Arrange the working, meeting and business schedule; organizing the internal meetings, synthesizing the content of meetings for the Board of Directors; implementing the requests in meetings as directed by the Board of Directors.
- Convey the CEO's information to the relevant divisions and departments, then delivering the responses directly to the Board of Directors.
- Propose the solutions and assisting the CEO with the internal and external affairs.
- Prepare and attend the internal and external meetings at the request of the CEO (Provide interpretation and deliver presentations in meetings with foreign partners).
- Provide interpretation and translation when required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO
Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduated from University in Economics, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, etc.
- Good skills of communication, negotiation and persuasion.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle the issues flexibly.
- Good skills in arranging and organizing the asks scientifically.
- Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
- English proficiency in four skills: Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing.
- Having good looks is an advantage
