Prepare documents, coordinate to set up internal or external meetings, take meeting minutes as required;
Organise and manage working schedule, travel arrangements for the CEO;
Communicate, monitor, follow up on assigned tasks of diffrent divisions and report to the CEO;
Translate, interpret in meetings with foreign partners, clients; prepare written materials/documentation as required;
Support other assigned administrators for the purpose of providing assistance with their functions and responsibilities;
Participate in a variety of meetings and assist to keep good relationships with business partners, clients;
