Take care of the company's VIP clients and key landlords, ensuring high satisfaction
and long-term partnerships.
Act as a point of contact for high-profile landlords, handling inquiries, concerns, and
requests efficiently.
Work closely with the Property Management & Leasing teams to ensure smooth service
delivery.
Organize exclusive networking events and engagement programs for VIP clients.
Assist in resolving escalated issues related to property management or leasing
agreements.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and department heads, ensuring smooth
communication and task follow-ups.
Support business planning processes and collaborate with teams to streamline
operations.
Organize and manage leadership meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes
taking, and action tracking.
Assist the CEO in executing business strategies, tracking KPIs, and driving key
initiatives.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry reports to support decision-making.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports for internal and external
stakeholders.
Monitor and follow up on business projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Represent the CEO in external meetings, industry events, and networking activities
when required.
Assist in partnerships, contract negotiations, and client relationship management.
Handle correspondence and communications with key stakeholders, including investors,
partners, and regulators.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
0 - 2+ years of experience in a CEO Assistant,
Business Analyst, or Project Management role.
Experience in real estate, finance, consulting industry is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding verbal and written communication in both Chinese and Vietnamese.
Highly proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines
