Cross-Departmental Coordination and Operational Optimization:
Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO Office and back office departments, ensuring seamless communication and alignment in day-to-day operations.
Supporting to systematize data across departments, ensuring information is organized and accessible for decision-making.
Customer Success:
Assisting CEO Office in managing customer loyalty programs and optimizing customer experience to provide actionable insights, both online & offline
Collect, analyse, and interpret customer data to map and understand the customer journey.
Create dashboards and reports to visualize data and support decision-making about customer touchpoints
Administrative Support:
Assist the CEO and
CEO Assistant with scheduling, meeting coordination, and communication management.
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including document management, report preparation, and internal communications.
Organize travel arrangements, event planning, and other logistical needs for the CEO Office.
A Bachelor in Economics / Commerce or Business Management, Marketing,...
Deep understanding of Gen Z insights and market trends, preferably someone close to or with a strong connection to Gen Z
Familiarity with working in a data-driven environment or using analytics to inform decision-making is a strong plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini Advanced,...).
Strong ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize business processes.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
